Is this made to order?

Yes — every single piece. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. When you order, that garment is printed for you and nobody else. It is why the wait is longer than a shop selling from a shelf, and it is why nothing we make ends up in landfill unsold.

How long will my order take?

Up to 10 business days to print, then 3–5 business days to reach you in the United States. Most orders finish sooner. We would rather quote the honest ceiling than the best case.

Why did my order arrive in two boxes?

Because not every piece is printed in the same studio. Tees, hoodies and headwear are made in different places, so an order mixing them may arrive in more than one parcel, on more than one day, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing — the rest is coming.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout, and free on United States orders over $100. We ship worldwide, and international rates are our printer's real cost — we don't mark them up.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

If you're outside the United States, possibly yes. Your country may charge import duties, taxes or a carrier handling fee when the parcel arrives. That's collected by your government and the courier, not by us, and it isn't part of what you pay at checkout. We can't predict the amount or refund it — worth checking your country's threshold before you order.

What size should I order?

The classic tee is true to size. The hoodie runs slim between S and M, so size up if you are between. The oversized tee should be ordered one size up — at your normal size it wears like a slightly wide classic tee rather than a properly oversized one. Full measurements are on the size guide.

What if it does not fit?

In the United States, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you — wrong size, changed your mind, any reason at all. Do not post anything back unasked; in most cases you keep the original. Outside the US, anything damaged, misprinted or wrong is covered the same way, but change-of-mind and wrong-size returns are US only — check the size guide first.

Do the shirts have a label?

There is no scratchy sewn-in tag. Every garment carries a custom GODS PLAN neck label printed directly onto the fabric.

How do I reach a person?
