Shipping policy

Every piece is printed to order.

Production — up to 10 business days. Most orders finish sooner, but we'd rather quote the honest ceiling than the best case.

Delivery — 3–5 business days within the United States once it ships.

All in — expect about two weeks from order to doorstep.

Cost — flat rate at checkout. Free on United States orders over $100.

Separate parcels — every piece is printed to order, and not every piece is printed in the same studio. If your order mixes tees, hoodies and headwear it may arrive in more than one parcel, on more than one day, with its own tracking number for each. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.

Tracking — you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the printer.

Where we ship — the United States and most of the world. International rates are calculated at checkout from our printer's real cost; we don't mark them up.

International orders and customs — if you're outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, taxes or a carrier handling fee when the parcel arrives. That's collected by your government and the courier, not by us, and it isn't included in what you pay at checkout. We can't predict or refund it. Free shipping over $100 applies to United States orders only.

Delays — production time is a working estimate, not a guarantee. Public holidays and carrier backlogs move it. If an order is running noticeably late, email us and we'll chase it.

Wrong address — we can only change an address before production starts. Email us immediately. Once it's printing, we can't recall it.
