Who you're dealing with

This store is operated by ASJ Enterprises LLC, trading as GODS PLAN, 5581 N Winston Park Blvd, Suite 106, Coconut Creek, FL 33073.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we simply can't fulfil it. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

Every item is printed to order. Once production has started we cannot change or cancel it. If you need a change, email us immediately and we'll do what we can.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sizes 2XL and above carry an upcharge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Products

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can, and our mockups are built from the real print files at the real placement. Even so, colour varies between screens, and a printed garment is not a screen. Slight variation in print position is normal in made-to-order production.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. By ordering you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property

The GODS PLAN name, wordmark, and all designs, artwork and text on this site belong to us. Buying a garment does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork, resell it, or use it commercially.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, don't try to breach its security, and don't scrape it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Broward County, Florida.
